Within the framework of the company’s sales and marketing strategies, coordinate a team of representatives to achieve their annual sales development targets (sales volume, margin). Manage and develop the resources at their disposal in their region.
Main activities- Apply the company’s sales strategy on the regional level.
- Define and allocate quantitative and qualitative sales targets per sector.
- Handle implementation of the commercial action plan and monitor its efficiency.
- Monitor and check operating expenditure in the region in relation to the budget.
- Analyse and transmit sales forecasts for the region.
- Watch over compliance with “product communication” and the effective use of promotional tools.
